The Roseville office, located at 2200 Professional Drive, is your Union headquarters, where you can come in for all of your membership service needs. UFCW 8-Golden State offers members the opportunity to save hours of time by consolidating important services in its headquarters, home of four major union providers.
Members can take care of health claims and benefit questions at the UFCW 8-Golden State Health & Welfare Trust Fund office and see a dentist or optometrist all in one location.

Important info for Retirees in the Ukiah/Mendocino area
Once a month, a UFCW 8 staff person will be in Ukiah (Weather Permitting) to assist with Pension Payment Verifications (also known as PPV’s) at no cost. The dates are Monday February 24th , Monday March 24th, and Monday April 28th. We will be in the parking lot of Food Maxx #473 located at 1235 Airport Blvd in Ukiah from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Please look for the UFCW 8-Golden State banner in the parking lot. Thank you!
